Our CEO Tom Hendren, an Honorary Professor of Business Marketing at Heriot-Watt University in Scotland, lectures to business marketing students several times a year.

This year, Array welcomed one of the students, Rory Glasgow, to travel to Canada as part of his preparation to write his dissertation for his Masters Degree.

The goal was to bring young, enthusiastic and creative individuals into Array to offer new perspectives and ideas whilst giving them the experience they require developing in a global business.

Rory explored the nature of team dynamics at Array and in his dissertation will develop a framework for the improvement of current practices.
