Array is proud to announce that we have earned an “A-” score, or LEADERSHIP rating – the highest rating standard – from the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) in 2019.

The Carbon Disclosure Project rating puts Array in the top 6% of companies globally, and marks a significant performance improvement over prior years’ performance. Additionally, Array far exceeds the average score of “C” in our manufacturing category and demonstrates our commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility. This rating applies to all Array locations except our Willson & Brown facilities. We look forward to sharing their rating next year when they are included in our our 2020 year end submission.

The Carbon Disclosure Project measures global companies on their performance in many aspects of sustainability, from our manufacturing emissions to the carbon footprint of our business travel activities.  Array has been reporting to the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) since 2015.  Reporting to CDP enables business entities from around the world to progress towards environmental stewardship through benchmarking and comparison with peers to continually improve their climate governance.

Demonstrating our leadership in sustainability is the right thing to do as a responsible company. It also validates to our customers that our commitment to sustainability is deeply engrained at Array, which is a journey many of them are also on. Sustainability as a core capability is vital to our strategy and a key component to our value proposition with our customers.
