Tom Hendren

President & Chief Executive Officer

Tom Hendren — Tom was appointed CEO of Array in mid-2008. He joined Array in 1999 and has held a number of senior roles in the organization including Vice President of Operations, President, and Chief Operating Officer. He has been instrumental in establishing Array's global capabilities including its operations in China and its manufacturing alliances with partners in France, the United Kingdom and in Mexico. Tom is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (C.I.M.A. – U.K) with international experience in senior Financial, Operational and General Management positions with blue chip companies, laterly with Campbell Soup Company.

Kevin Pattrick

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Pattrick — Kevin is a seasoned professional with over 20 years' experience in senior finance roles specializing in operations and performance measurement. After joining Array in 2000,  he worked in a number of progressive finance roles and assignments leading up to his appointment as Corporate CFO in 2006.

Ken Simpson

President, Array Bradford

Ken Simpson — Ken is an Operations Professional who has worked in the fixture manufacturing business for more than 20 years. A certified Cabinet Maker in the Swedish tradition, Ken, together with his brother Stephen created CCI Fixtures in 1981. For 20 years, he built the company based on successful relationships with many of the top luxury brands. In 2001, Ken and his company joined the Array family. Ken now oversees all fixture programs for Array, actively working with both brands and retailers.

Rob Gruen

Executive Vice President, Marketing & Business Development

Rob Gruen — Rob is an experienced retail and consumer marketing professional with a successful background which spans over thirty years. He joined Array in January 2011 and oversees the delivery of innovations in retail merchandising, creative branding concepts, in-store environments, displays and fixtures to major retailers and companies worldwide. Rob has held senior executive positions with Border’s, Home Shopping Network, Meijer, Parisian (a division of Saks Department Store Group), Warner Bros. Consumer Products, Target, Dayton-Hudson Department Stores, and Foley’s. He currently serves as a director on the board of the National Retail Federation’s Retail Advertising and Marketing Association and as a board advisor to the Global Retail Marketing Association.  Rob has a proven track record that establishes him as a retail expert and key business strategist.

Robert Thiry

Vice President, New York Operations

Robert Thiry — Robert is an accomplished Operations Manager with over 20 years' experience in the display industry. He began his career as a Production Manager for a large store fixture manufacturer. Robert has since held positions as a Manufacturing Engineer, Project Manager, Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Operations Manager in the display field. In his current role, he oversees the Project Management, Engineering and Client Service teams for the Array New York offices. Additionally, Robert is an Account Executive for several of Array's top clients.

Mike Caron

Vice President

Mike Caron — Mike is a Design Engineer who brings almost 30 years' experience in the field of Visual Merchandising, Exhibit Design and Architectural Specialties to Array. In his current role as VP, he acts as the Account Executive for several accounts and provides technical assistance to the sales team.

James Della Rossa

Vice President, Creative

James Della Rossa — James is an Industrial Designer with over 20 years' experience in the merchandising industry. As Director of Design, he helped establish Array’s Creative Department reputed to be one of the leading design departments in the retail solutions arena. As VP of Creative, James is now responsible for design across all of Array’s divisions. His involvement with many of the most respected retailers and brands in the industry has earned James a reputation as a visionary in-store merchandising authority.

Chung Ng

General Manager, Array Asia

Chung Ng — Chung is an Engineer with over 12 years' experience in manufacturing. As the General Manager of Array's China office since 2006, Chung is responsible for managing the team that handles all sourcing, production monitoring, and quality assurance in Asia.
